Forest Zone
Forest Zone is the second area you go to, with the Electro Commander ruling over it. It consists of areas E1 to E3 with F1 to H4.

[E3] The entrance from Peace Town, and to the left is a shortcut to the end of Field Zone. Beat the Mad Flower for a Flame.
[F3] If you came from G3, use the Hammer to pound those nails down and get the Speed Bomb from the chest.
[F2] You'll encounter Fruity here, but unless you've got Flak Bombs or the Power Gloves, you can't kill him. He gives you a Stopwatch.
[E2] Digadug resides here. Stomp that little squirt into the ground and you'll get the Shovel.
[E1] If you came from E2, you can get the Silver Armour from the chest. From F1 you'll reach the clouds.
[F1] A crossroads. You'll need the Jump Shoes/Wings to go up to G1, and the bottom right path leads nowhere. Left is E1.
[G1] If you came from F1, you can enter a cave. From H1, you can use the !? ability at the Bomberman statue to get an Explosive Core.
[G2] Face off against the Devil Ant here for the !? ability.
[H2] There's an aquatic mine here, but you need the Scuba Gear and Aqua Bomb to enter. And you need to fly or jump to go to H1.
[H1] Take care of Torton here for some Sneakers.
[H3] Baddo can't be defeated without the Flak Bomb, but when he is, you're awarded an Explosive Core.
[H4] A huge pit you won't be able to cross without the Wings. Takes you to H5 in the Beach Zone, where a Bomberman statue is.
[G3] You need the Jump Shoes/Wings to get up that ledge. If you use the Glasses, you'll find a Treasure Chest with Rocket Shoes inside.
[G4] The Killer Moth is letting off steam here. Against you! Swat him for the Skull.
[F4] And here's the Electro Commander's lair. The path blocked by the lightning statue (it'll be gone once you beat Electro Commander) leads to the beginning of the Beach Zone.

[A] Heed the sign's advice and put on the Steel Shoes. The fans won't blow you off the edge, don't worry.
[B] Curansee is lurking here. Put him out of his misery for some Jump Shoes.

[A] A maze, and you can't see, even with the Lamp! No big deal. Here's my sloppy solution. That top bit at the end of the bottom part holds a Rubber if you dig there.
[B] Defeat Balballoon for the Wide-range Bomb.

[1] Aqua Bomb the switch.
[2] Some saw blades here that you must jump or fly over.
[3] And crush Shelterine for the Flak Bomb.

[B3] Those generators have electricity between them, so tread carefully. Throw a bomb over to the ledge with the Power Gloves to activate the switch to bring down half of the pillars in A1.
[B2] Arrows are shot out of the walls at varying speeds here, so again, walk gently.
[A2] Mechabomb resides here, and you're given the Power Gloves for sorting him out.
[A1] Use the Steel Shoes to bring down the other half of the pillars, and jump or fly over the gaps.
[B1] More gap hopping here, with the addition of arrows being shot at you.
[C1] You win a Full Heart if you beat Sandey here.
[C2] Boss room! Defeating Electro Commander wins you your second engine back, an extra unit of health, and an Explosive Core! Return here after beating Hurricommander to face Ruisha, which will get you another unit of health.
