Cammy Must Die!
Cammy has been spotted in Calcutta, so Guile and Honda go there to try and find her. However, an MI5 team has also been sent in to get her, but after Cammy seems to regain her true good side, she leads them to Bison's new base. Things go horribly wrong for the Street Fighters from there.

At the MI5 base in England, someone attempts to break in. The masked man manages to avoid all of the outside guards and climbs up the side of a wall to reach the near top of the building's roof. After cutting open some glass he opens up a window and quietly sneaks inside.
Looking around the room, the masked man walks up to a filing cabinet and searches through it. Grabbing the file he wants, he attempts to leave but walks through a security laser which alerts all the guards. The guards are too late to stop him though as he leaps out of the window, gets into a van and drives off.

Inside the van the masked man reveals himself to actually be Guile, whilst Honda, who is also there in disguise, drives. The file Guile took was Cammy's, and he reads through it. He finds a picture of Cammy and Bison together, and then finds out that MI5 want her terminated since she turned traitor (see "Cammy and the Bachelor"). Guile decides that they have to try and save Cammy from Bison's influence, and that they should go to Calcutta as she was seen there recently. However, MI5 sent a team down there to get her so they have to find Cammy before the MI5 agents do. Honda says they should call the other
Street Fighters for help but Guile says they can't trust anyone and it's up to just them.

Meanwhile, in Calcutta, Cammy and Lalupa break into a museum. They're both on a mission to steal the Kali statue, which is said to have the power to heal or destroy. After being badly injured in the hoverjet crash in "Cammy and the Bachelor" Bison needs it to heal himself quickly. Lalupa uses her evil nails to destroy the glass case so Cammy can swipe that statue. They both start to run out, when...
...Burke, Celia and Rory show up. Burke says that Cammy is on the wrong side and that they can help her regain her memory and return her to who she once was. Lalupa tells Cammy that this mission was a test to see if Cammy would remain loyal to Bison. Cammy takes Burke's hand... and then lolariously throws him before running out as Lalupa smashes Celia and Rory out of the way.
The MI5 team don't give up though and chase after them. After managing to stop them both, Lalupa throws Celia to the ground and then picks up Rory, telling him that she is also a cyborg and was created after Bison took interest in how Rory was one. But she is much more powerful, created from the latest technology, and so easily over powers Rory and throws him into a lamppost. Cammy orders Lalupa to take the statue to Bison whilst she holds off Burke. Cammy manages to grab Burke's gun and is about to shoot him when Celia points a gun and aims for Cammy's head, saying she will kill her if she doesn't surrender.
Just as Celia is about to shoot, a Sonic Boom hits her in the back. Cammy then turns around and shoots Celia, but Celia only gets scarred slightly by the shot. Burke then kicks Cammy straight in the chest and grabs her just as Guile and Honda show up.
Cammy elbows Burke in the chest and attempts to get away, but Celia manages to stop her by kicking her. She lands on the floor hard. Cammy suddenly asks where she is, and where's the warehouse (again, see "Cammy and the Bachelor"). Rory asks what she's talking about, but then Guile remembers that that was where she was on her last mission before Bison turned her to his side. Celia isn't convinced, saying that she is just lying and pretending that she is OK again, but Guile believes her and he asks her to take him and the rest of the team to Bison's base.
Inside Bison's new base, Bison is growing impatient that Cammy and Lalupa haven't shown up yet. Just as he's saying this, Lalupa shows up and produces the statue. Bison sets the statue up and it begins to heal him, soon he will be back to full strength again. Lalupa informs Bison that Cammy stayed behind with her MI5 friends, and may have turned back to the
Street Fighter side. Bison refuses to believe this though.
Back outside, Cammy shows the others a secret back tunnel entrance to Bison's base, and leads them through the tunnel network. Bison and Lalupa are watching this through the security cameras. Lalupa sets out to destroy them, taking the "wolf pack" with her. Cammy meanwhile leads the others into an arena, and then tells them that they are at Bison's mercy now. She runs through a doorway that's about to shut, and Guile follows her. The rest of the team are stuck in the arena.
Suddenly Lalupa and the wolf pack show up. These aren't normal wolves, they're ROBOT Wolves. Honda pwns them all though as Lalupa cuts one of Rory's arms and tells him he's outdated and scrap metal. She sends the wolf pack in to finish him off...
...but Honda saves the day by using his Hundred Hand Slap to knock all the wolves back. Honda then uses his sumo smash move to obliterate the wolves completely whilst Rory and Lalupa continue their fight. Meanwhile Cammy and Guile are fighting and Cammy eventually knocks Guile back into Bison's main room.
Guile tells Bison to change Cammy back, but Bison replies that Cammy has always been on his side from the start. Cammy then uses her cannon drill move to smash Guile straight into a wall, but then Guile makes the wall collapse and part of the debris crushes Cammy, knocking her out.
Guile and Bison fight each other, and Guile eventually gains the upper hand by using his flash kick move against Bison, sending him flying into his chair. The others show up, having defeated Lalupa, but Bison refuses to be beaten and uses the power of the Kali statue to knock them all back.
Bison then uses his powers to pick up Cammy and then he makes his chair raise up high into the air. The ceiling opens up and Bison and Cammy escape, along with the Kali statue. As he leaves, Bison states that with the power of Kali, he will be able to conquer all. Guile vows that they will find Bison and end his madness once and for all.
This is the only episode Lalupa appears in. Since she's tied up at the end, MI5 must have thrown her in prison or something.
Guile says MI5 wrong at one point. He says M15 instead. What's even more funny is that a few seconds later, he says it
correctly.
One of Rory's arms gets sliced off in this episode. More proof that it's OK to show robots/cyborgs get hurt in cartoons. Even the robot wolves get smashed to pieces. As long as humans or real animals don't get obliterated, it doesn't seem to matter!
