Chunnel Vision
Bison deliberately lets himself be caught as it's part of his master plan. By getting his forces to destroy various things in London his captors soon face the choice of having to release him and pay him a lot of money or let his organisation terrorise the country. Guile and Cammy team up with members of MI5 to try and stop Bison.

Bison rides through London's underground using his powers to make electricity fly everywhere, but as he rides a long a sudden missile attack blows him off the tracks. Burke, Rory and Celia appear and demand Bison to surrender so that he can be taken in.

Bison doesn't want to surrender but when he gets hit by a train he's soon captured, maybe just a little too easily. At the SF HQ
Escher, Guile and Cammy are watching a TV report about Bison's capture. Escher says that Bison's Shadowloo organisation will not let their leader stay behind bars and it is most likely that attempts to free him will be made, so Guile and Cammy are being sent to Britain to make sure that doesn't happen. Dee Jay and Honda are also going along.

Back in England, Burke, Rory and Celia are celebrating their win over Bison in an empty bar. Cammy suddenly shows up and the the team are happy to see a former member. However, when Guile shows up nobody is impressed and Burke immediately ticks off Guile by asking him about how he got discharged from the army. Cammy isn't happy with Burke's attitude and she and Guile start to leave. Rory says that he's picked up a presence outside and everyone rushes out.

Guile sees someone climbing up to the top of the building, so he climbs up after them. Rory fires a grapple hook to transport himself and Celia up top whilst Cammy and Burke stay behind. Cammy scans the building and finds that it's been rigged with explosives and is going to explode at any second. Up on the roof, Guile sees someone and gives them a
fair choice as Celia and Rory move in and corner the unknown man. However a helicopter comes in and picks the man up and flies away before the other
three can do anything. And then, the building explodes sending Cammy and Burke flying.

On the roof Guile throws a sonic boom to knock down a large billboard and he, Rory and Celia ride it down to the ground. Back at MI5's HQ it's reported that a series of explosions have occurred and Bison is taking claim for them, stating more will happen unless he is released and given £1,000,000,000. Honda and Dee Jay arrive over London via helicopter whilst Guile and Cammy are waiting around. When a large guy in a trench coat grabs their attention, they are told he is Bison's lawyer and they follow him to see what he's up to.

They follow him but he eventually gets onto a train and leaves before Guile and Cammy can get onboard. Guile grabs onto the train and they eventually manage to get inside. Inside they start to look for Zangief but don't have much luck. Guile contacts Dee Jay who tells him that the deadline has past for Bison's release and that the British government think he's bluffing and so haven't released him or given him any money. Honda says it isn't a bluff though and that Bison has something big planned. Guile and Cammy continue to search through the train and find Zangief about to eat a sandwich, but before he gets to take a bite they call out to him. Guile throws a
Sonic Boom to stun Zangief and prepares to question him about Bison's plan but then the train's power cuts and comes to a standstill.
Guile and Cammy get up but Zangief has escaped. Guile contacts Dee Jay who tells him the train was Bison's next target, he had it all planned from the start. Bison's soldiers are now heading towards the train to take hostages in the form of the passengers. Back at MI5's HQ Bison tells the staff there that they have 20 minutes to release him and give him his money or he'll have the train and everyone on it destroyed. Guile and Cammy have other ideas though and take out the soldiers before leading the passengers out.
Bison now has his way as he is freed and given his money. A helicopter comes to pick him up. However, Guile and Cammy now have all the passengers out of the train, so Guile contacts Dee Jay to spread the message that they shouldn't let Bison go. It's to late though as a fire fight breaks out between Bison's soldiers and Burke, Celia and Rory.
Bison's soldiers are quickly taken care of, but Bison is attempting to escape. A projectile prevents him from entering his helicopter though as Dee Jay and Honda show up in their copter, which Bison blasts down. Honda can't control it as they crash land, and then their copter explodes. Bison then takes out Burke, Celia and Rory and then takes his money and tries to get into his helicopter again.
Before he can though Honda and Dee Jay get out of the wreckage, somehow both have survived with no injuries. Honda moves towards Bison doing his
Hundred Hand Slap attack, so Bison does a stupid thing and throws the crates holding his money at him. The crates smash open and money goes everywhere, but it's to late to stop Bison as he takes off in the helicopter and escapes.

At the airport Cammy says goodbye to her former teammates, Burke asks her to rejoin them but Cammy says she can't, as she has to stay with the Street Fighters now. Burke and the rest of his team leave as Cammy, Guile, Dee Jay and Honda head for home.
There's a guy reading a newspaper at the start of the episode.
The pages shown mention several other Capcom games, these being Final Fight 3,
Darkstalkers 2 (Darkstalker's Revenge) and Street Fighter 3. A couple of the other stories are Capcom themed, one headline says "Mad Gear gang busted!" which is a reference to
Final Fight, and another one mentioned Dr. Light and a android being bought to life. This is a reference to the
Mega Man series.
When the MI5 members are parading the captured Bison through the streets on the TV report, Celia steals Bison's hat and you get to see Bison's hair for the only time in the seasons. Seems pretty close to what Bison's hair is like in the
Capcom Vs. SNK games.
When Guile and Cammy are chasing Zangief, just before Zangief gets on the train he runs past these two:
There pretty small in the episode but the way there wearing capes was odd to me. Anyone recognise them from another Capcom series? It might not be anything but it just seemed strange to me that they were there.
I find it incredible that not only do Honda and Dee Jay survive the helicopter crash, but they run out of the wreckage with no injuries at all. Honda's even
smiling when he runs out; now there's real job dedication.
I have a feeling that originally Burke, Celia and Rory were only suppose to be in this episode and this episode only. The way the final scene plays out with Cammy practically saying her final goodbyes and starting to cry as she walks away from her old team-mates seems weird. I'm guessing originally the writers thought they wouldn't use these
three characters again but then they changed their minds and stuck them in some other episodes later on.
