Head Formation of Friendship

Once again we find that the Autobots are following the Decepticons, but since the Decepticons aren't attacking anywhere at the moment Chromedome and the others are getting pretty bored. Soon after he talks about his boredom an alarm goes off and everyone thinks that there may be a Decepticon attack nearby, but Brainstorm says that there appears to be a fault on one of the ship's main laser cannons and tells Chromedome to go and check it. He and Hardhead go and take a look as it'll end their boredom.

Thankfully the Decepticons certainly aren't bored as they're moving in on their latest target to plunder: planet Paradise. Paradise is suppose to have lots of untapped energy the Decepticons can take and sure enough we see active volcanoes that they could extract energy from. And to top everything off, the planet is populated by primitive tribes which really can't defend themselves against Scorponok, who moves in quite close to them.
All of the tribe inhabitants go outside and look up to see what they think is a monster, and then Scorponok opens fire killing a few of them whilst the others run away. Their village is destroyed whilst Galvatron laughs at how weak these humans are. Sixshot says that it will be very easy to take all of this planet's energy and Galvatron reveals that his plan is to take over Paradise, kill all the humans here and then extract and take all of the energy.

Back at Fortress' ship things aren't looking good at the damaged cannon. In a previous battle with Scorponok it was damaged and this went unnoticed until now, making the problem get worse and worse over time, and meaning it will take a while to fix up. Inside the ship Highbrow is busy trying to figure out the code Tekna gave him (see the previous episode) but isn't having much luck yet. Brainstorm then says that he's found that the Decepticons are attacking Paradise, so the Autobots head there straight away.
With no-one to stop them the Decepticons have already started to extract a lot of energy from a volcano. Galvatron is happy because he'd never imagined that there would be so much energy for him to take.

With the Autobots approaching the planet Fortress tells Highbrow to go down there with the Trainbots but they must try and avoid contact with the Decepticons for now. Chromedome and Hardhead want to go too but Fortress just says they only want to go so they can get out of fixing the laser cannon and doesn't let them. As Highbrow departs he encounters a girl riding on a giant eagle and she demands that he tells her who he is. After introducing himself he allows her to board. Her name is Papika and she was one of the few to survive the Decepticon onslaught. She tells Highbrow that she saw the Decepticons head towards a large cliff after they'd destroyed her village.
Highbrow reports back to Fortress and shows him that he's met one of the tribes people. Daniel sees this and starts staring much to Wheelie's amusement, although Daniel says that it's just because he hasn't seen another human for quite a while. Fortress then contacts Chromedome and says that they'll be landing soon so Chromedome and Hardhead work faster to try and get the repair work completed.

Papika and Highbrow head towards where she say the Decepticons. Twincast tells them to be careful and as they take off he sends out his cassette robots to try and find out if the Decepticons are planning anything. Meanwhile Highbrow lands and tells Papika to return to her village and meet up with Fortress as it's too dangerous for her to stay here. Highbrow then heads closer towards the Decepticons whilst Papika heads back on her eagle.
Later on Fortress is introduced to the village leader Polunas and his daughter Papika along with a few of the other villagers. Papika meets Daniel and Wheelie and instantly get along quite well.
Papika shows Daniel and Wheelie the villages temporary new housing, which is a hut in a tree. Polunas tells Fortress about how he got his people to evacuate the area as fast as he could when the Decepticons attacked. Fortress says that he'll deal with them and then asks if anyone has seen Highbrow. Papika says that she took him to where she last saw the Decepticons.

Highbrow sees a pile of energon cubes but there are no Decepticons around. He goes in for a closer look and wonders why the Decepticons would leave their energy unguarded, but then Mindwipe pops up and uses his power to keep Highbrow in place, but he manages to get away by transforming. Mindwipe swaps sorcery for shooting and blasts Highbrow out of the sky whilst the other Decepticons arrive to get a piece of the action.
Skullcruncher holds Highbrow in place whilst Weirdwolf proceeds to lay the smackdown on him. Thankfully Steeljaw arrives just in time to see what's happened and runs off back to Twincast to inform him where the Decepticons are.
Meanwhile the kids are all fooling around with Wheelie showing off how great he is because he can transform into a car. They then see Twincast heading back towards the ship and a few seconds later everyone finds out that the Decepticons have captured Highbrow. Before anyone can decide what action to take the Decepticons attack and start blowing up parts of a forest, and since Fortress' ship is shielding the villagers they can't take off.
The Monsterbots arrive and start to put out the fires whilst the Autobot Headmasters move out to go and rescue Highbrow. The villagers are heading towards some caves for protection, but Papika decides to go and help out Highbrow and takes her giant eagle towards where she was last with him.
Twincast informs the Autobot Headmasters where Highbrow is: at the bottom of a waterfall. As they move in they see Papika dive into the water, and the Decepticons notice that they have visitors. However, the Trainbots show up and drop off the Monsterbots and Technobots, easily making the odds much favourable for the good guys.
The Autobots and Decepticons engage in battle whilst Papika tries to cut Highbrow's chains with her knife, but it's no use. Hardhead then tries to break the chains but again, it doesn't work. Highbrow then says that they all must unite their strength and so it's time to use the head formation to increase their levels of power.
To do this, the Autobot Headmasters all transform their heads and unite with each other, and start spinning around. Energy then beings to recharge and surely enough...
...Highbrow's body is fully charged and it transforms into helicopter mode, breaking the chains. The Autobot Headmasters then ram straight into their Deception counterparts, whilst the other Decepticons are outnumbered and Galvatron's energy is destroyed from stray Monsterbot shots.
With all of his collected energy destroyed, Galvatron decides to retreat and all Decepticons jump into the lake. Before the Autobots can follow them Scorponok emerges from the depths and takes off before any of the Autobots can stop him, whilst Galvatron says that he'll get his revenge on them soon.
With planet Paradise now safe, Polunas says that he and his villagers will rebuild their home and make it even better than it was before. Highbrow says thankyou to Papika for her help, and then the Autobots take off to resume following the Decepticons.
The episode marks the return of the Monsterbots, who were last scene all the way back in Rebellion on Planet Beast.
