Birth! Headmaster Jrs
The narrator starts off by talking about how the Earth has had many mysterious events happen on it, such as the Bermuda Triangle and UFOs being seen in the sky and space, but none of these mysteries are ever solved. It's a point of discussion for Hawk, Shūta and Cab, but Hawk says that whenever he and the others went to the places these events happened they never found anything. The topic of conversation soon changes to the Decepticons and Shūta and Cab are eager to fight but they can't since they aren't Transformers, but Hawk says that if they are serious about joining the Autobots, they should both come back to the base after school.
And after school Shūta and Cab are heading back when Minerva joins them and says that she's going to go along too as she has something to talk to Hawk about. And that something is that she wants to also join the Autobots, and even has her parent's permission to do so. Hawk hands the three kids "master braces" - two braces that go on the wrists of each person.
Hawk then tells them all to cross their arms so the two braces are touching each other and then they should say "Masterforce", and after a couple of seconds pondering what is going to happen they all say it and are suddenly kitted out in mech suits. Hawk and Diver welcome them to the Autobot army and tell them that they are now Headmaster Jrs. These suits give the three superior abilities in things such as strength and agility, and they go outside to test their new powers.
Hawk then warns them that if they can only use the power of the masterforce for violence and destruction then he will take it away from them. Lander then contacts him and says that they are ready for the next stage and the three Headmaster Jrs are shown their new rides, and soon the three are out testing them on the road, until they are told to come back for one more thing to discuss.
Hawk reveals that these vehicles are actually transtectors, meaning that the three Headmaster Jrs can also become Transformers to help the Autobot cause, but he then goes on to say that he actually wants the three of them to become a highly skilled rescue team rather than combatants, although none of them are disappointed by this and they all accept.
Meanwhile at the Decepticon base, a small group of kids are also about to change, as they have joined the Decepticons and Blood and Gilmer tell them that it's time for them to show off their power on the world, and Wilder, Bullhorn and Cancer have all been given the power of the masterforce, and soon get to use it to give themselves mech suits, and then they get into their own transtectors. They are told to go up and wreck havoc in a city to test their abilities.
Back with the Autobots, the Headmaster Jrs are told to try out the final phase: transforming. Shūta goes first and successfully transforms into his new robot mode, and this mode is for whatever reason known as Goshooter. The other two also manage to transform first time and then Hawk says that when they sealed the Decepticons away, they didn't know when they would revive so they contacted Chromedome of the Headmasters to help find a way for humans to transform into robots.
Hawk goes on to explain that some years a go, the battle between the Autobots and Decepticons on Earth was ended when the Autobots, under the leadership of Fortress Maximus, finally managed to overpower their enemies, led by Zarak, and drive them off the Earth, and even now there is still a battle between the two sides happening in space.
Lander then says that it was Chromedome who sent them the master braces and transtectors to Earth in order to help humans fight against the Decepticons, and Hawk then starts a message he sent with it. The message from Chromedome has him saying that the Decepticon attacks are getting more freqent and that he doesn't have a lot of time to talk but wishes all of them to fight hard for peace of Earth. The message then ends and the Headmaster Jrs say that they won't let him down, but Hawk is concerned because Chromedome
had actually sent more than three transtectors - some of them were stolen, and they all know who the most likely culprits are. A Decepticon attack is then reported so the Autobots roll out.
The Decepticons have sent out some Lobclaws to start causing mayhem and Blood has the 3 kids watch what is happening before saying that it is their turn, and tells them to come back victorious. These three humans are also Headmaster Jrs as Wilder goes first, showing his robot mode for the first time and is soon followed by Cancer and Bullhorn.
The Autobots then show up and Shūta just wants to head off and fight but Hawk reminds him that his mission is to help rescue people for now and that he'll get to fight when it's
necessary So as the Autobot Pretenders go off to fight Blood and the Lobclaws, the Headmaster Jrs start their first rescue mission. Meanwhile the Decepticon Headmaster Jrs test their powers just by destroying cars, although they still find it fun. Back at the rescue zone a woman begs for help as her baby is still inside a building apartment building.
Goshooter heads toward the building to rescue the child but the Decepticon Headmaster Jrs drop down from above and are amused by the Autobot, who tells them he hasn't got time to fight and tries to push past. But they instead push him around and then floor him, and more time is wasted when Goshooter punches Wilder back. Metalhawk then shows up and stops the Decepticons.
Metalhawk has things under control and tells Goshooter to get in there and hurry up before it it too late to save the baby. He then tells the three Decepticons that they are on there own, because he and the other Autobots have destroyed the Lobclaws already and have sent Blood running away, so they also retreat. Later on at a hospital the Autobots are relieved when the doctor says that the child is going to be OK.
The mother of the child thanks the Autobots for helping her and as they leave Shūta is about to promise not to try and fight when there are more important things to do but Hawk tells him that he doesn't have to promise anything since learning things one at a time is just as an important lesson. The narrator then ends this episode by saying that the new Autobots must stand up for peace on Earth.

The part showing Fortress Maximus destroying Scorponok was directly taken from the last episode of The Headmasters.
Also, when Chromedome's message is first played, it shows him dodging a couple of explosions and then transforming to shoot back. This was taken from his commercial break bumper.
