Super Ginrai Gets Blown Away in the Desert!?

The Autobot Headmaster Jrs are on their way to Canada, as Hawk has told them to go there and they arrive at the British Motors site. Hawks appears and says that he has something to show them and they all head into another building and go down in an elevator to a prototype testing and construction room, where Hawk explains that they are making a power up for Super Ginrai - God Bomber.

Meanwhile at the Decepticon base, Devil Z speaks for the first time in a while and says that somehow, the Autobots have found out that they are going to be getting help from a new comrade. But Devil Z has found out that the Autobots are working on the Bomber project and that they must stop it by using any means necessary.

As work on the Bomber project continues at full speed, Cab thinks that when it is fully completed, they will never have to fear the Decepticons again as the new form of Ginrai will be able to stop anything. But Hawk says that the reason that are making this power up is because the Decepticons are sending something powerful to Earth and this is the only way they can try and stop it.

Elsewhere Ginrai is out on the road and stops off at one his his favourite diners to get a steak meal. He isn't alone for long though as an old man comes in and begs him to help out in a scene for his movie as it requires a great truck driver, and he has heard that Ginrai's driving technique is the best in the world. Ginrai decides to take part, but the old man does something creepy.

The old man producer takes Ginrai to the set and introduces him to Pakinper, the movie's director, who thanks him for coming and then explains the scene to him. Ginrai has to go around a course avoiding some mines which will detonate when he drives by, and he is given a map of where they all are. The old man then says it would be better if he used a truck that he's familiar with, so Pakinper lets him use his own truck. As the scene is about to start, the old man walks off and finds Buster, who says that he's planted a super powerful explosive on the course which isn't on the map, and then the old man reveals who he really is.

The scene starts and Ginrai makes it around the set course without any problems, as all of the explosions miss his truck, and Pakinper shouts "cut" to end the shoot. But as Ginrai heads back, a much larger explosion separates his trailer from the truck and flings them both high into the air. The truck thankfully lands on it's wheels and everyone finds that Ginrai is OK, but he wants to know what just happened and then sees that the producer is missing.

But before any of them can start looking for him two jets appear in the sky, and Ginrai tells everyone to run and get away from here as Hydra and Buster start their attack. But Buster doesn't take part in attacking Ginrai directly and instead transforms and heads off to his trailer to start punching it as much as he can as Hydra fights Ginrai. This is all seen by everyone at the Decepticon base, who also see that Hydra is not doing that well against his opponent.

Deciding that now is the time for them to move out, Giga and Mega reveal that they can also use the power of the masterforce, and are soon each in suits or armour. They then run to their Transtectors, the Gigatank and Megajet (see if you can work out who goes in which one!) and then leave the base, with the Megajet having the ability to carry the Gigatank.

Back at the battle, Hydra and Buster are amazed to see that, even though they'd thought they had damaged it a lot, Ginrai is still able to merge with his trailer and become Super Ginrai. He then charges up a shot that makes a rather big mess of their Darkwings form, but Mega then shows up and tells them to retreat as they will now deal with this.

The two of them introduce themselves to Ginrai, saying that they are also Godmasters and that they will prove today that Super Ginrai is not the strongest Godmaster. They then fire on him from different angles and eventually blow some chunks out of his body and bring him to his knees.

But things are about to get even worse for him as the two Decepticons show that they have a robot mode, and unite their Transtectors to form Overlord.

And with Super Ginrai already damaged, Overlord wastes no time in beating him up some more, including a whole lot of punches and chest stomping. Eventually Ginrai falls, so Overlord stands on top of him and says that he has defeated Super Ginrai. Giga and Mega then separate, believing that they have killed Ginrai, and say that his death will shock the Autobot and make them easier to wipe out completely, as they head back to base.

But, Ginrai still lives and as a sand storm sets in, he gets back up slightly, and then Ginrai himself releases himself from his Transtector and says that he will note die as the episode ends.

The Decepticon's new comrade is slightly shown in this episode, but he won't make his proper appearance until a little later on in the series.
