Move Out, Rescue Team!

The Dinoforce are training on an island, although most of them aren't taking it that seriously. Leozack then flies in and transforms, saying that you can't achieve victory with brute force alone and that they have to use their heads to win. He then tells them to follow him as he wants them to do a favour. Since they've got nothing better to do, Goryu and co. go with him.
 

At the Autobot base, Jan is trying to show Illumina around the base but Holi keeps butting in. They show her the teleportation capsules, which can take anyone to any place inside the HQ in an instant. They then use them to transport themselves around and when they get back, they see three robots waiting for them who've just arrived.
 

Jan and Illumina don't know who these new guys are but Holi does, they are the three Autobots under his command: the rescue team! First up is Pipo, who deals with first aid for everyone and can transform into an ambulance. Fire is the next one who can transform into a fire engine and unsurprisingly tackles any fires he comes across.
 

And finally, Boater deals with rescues at sea and can transform into a fast speedboat. Star Saber tells them all to follow Holi's orders and do their best when they are called into action. Illumina then remembers that she was supposed to be meeting some of her friends at a ocean exhibition but Holi says he can take her and transforms.
 

Later on people are enjoying the ocean exhibition, but Leozack and the Dinoforce are waiting outside it. Leozack wants to attack the place so he can make it into his own base -and tells Goryu that in the near future he will replace Deszaras as the leader of the Decepticons and if he follows his orders, he'll be promoted to a general. Goryu thinks it's a good idea and has his troops attack the exhibit. Reports come in to Autobot base about the attack, so the Brainmasters and the Rescue team move out.
 

The Dinoforce proceed to ruin the entire exhibit within minutes and leave many people trapped inside wrecked buildings, including Illumina and her friends. But the Autobots arrive, with most of them using water-skis to get towards the place, until Leozack sees them. He can't believe that the Autobots dare to try and ruin his plans again and start to shoot at them.
 

Under fire, the Autobots split up. The Rescue team head out to save as many people as possible whilst the Brainmasters find out that the only Decepticons here are Leozack and the Dinoforce - but they can't risk fighting here with so many people around. So the Autobots lure the Decepticons away from the central plaza as the Dinoforce chase after Blacker's group as Star Saber and Leozack fight each other, but Star Saber sends the V-Star out to move people away.
 

The Rescue team start to get people out and Boater takes them away from the ruined exhibit. Meanwhile Jan and Holi are looking for Illumina but they can't seem to find her anywhere, until Holi's audio sensors pick something up and they drive towards a ruined building. Inside the building they find that Illumina is trapped with another little girl under a lot of rubble.
 

Holi lifts up one of the beams giving Illumina enough time to move and take the other girl to her mommy as part of the building collapses behind them, which leads to some BIG LOVE between Jan and Illumina. Or maybe not. Back outside, Blacker's group have transformed into Road Caesar and the Dinoforce have merged into Dinoking and are fighting, whilst Star Saber and Leozack continue their battle.
 

Leozack uses his electric nununchaku weapon and wraps it around Star Saber's head, electrocuting him. But then the V-Star returns having completed the evacuation of everyone, and so...
 

...Star Saber battles up and uses his sword to cut into Leozack's left arm. With a pretty nasty injury, Leozack decides that it's time for him to escape so he transforms and flies away. Dinoking sees the Leozack has retreated, and so ends his fight with Road Caesar by also flying away.
 

Later on in the Thunder Arrow, Leozack lies to Deszaras by telling him that he thought the ocean exhibition would have been a good place where they could have gotten a lot of energy. But Deszaras doesn't even want to know about his failure and simply turns around and walks away from him, leaving Leozack humiliated. The Dinoforce think that this is hilarious though.
 

Back at the ocean exhibit, the Autobots have once again driven the Decepticons away and the Rescue team's first mission on Earth has been a complete success with all the humans evacuated and no casualties. Star Saber is proud of them all, but before they can go they have to start repairing this place, so they get right on it.

This is the first appearance of Pipo, Fire and Boater, which makes the rescue team fully complete.
 

In the English dub, "Fixit" refers to the teleportation capsule as "a three dimensional TIME MACHINE!" ....right.
