Rescue Jan!

At sea a tanker convoy is moving along peacefully when suddenly the convoy's escort ships are blown up, and soon it becomes apparent to the humans that they're under attack by the Decepticons. But the Decepticons have got problems too because Hellbat isn't around and he's the only robot who knows which ship is the one with the energy they can take in it.

One of the tankers sends out a S.O.S. which the Autobots pick up. The Brainmasters scramble out to the location with Galaxy Shuttle but the Multiforce are left behind to guard the base in case of a Decepticon attack. As Galaxy Shuttle departs Hellbat appears from behind some trees, just a short distance away from the Shuttle base.

With there still being no signs of Hellbat anywhere the Decepticons are forced into search through each tanker for what they are after but have no luck, and before they can check every one the Autobots arrive. Star Saber sends Galaxy Shuttle back to the Shuttle base as they take on the Decepticons, who all go down quite easily.

Hellbat approaches and then sneaks inside the Shuttle base, getting past all of it's laser defenses without being detected. He makes it to a computer and tries to find out the secrets of the Brainmasters from it, but the data he wants is password protected. And when he says he doesn't know the password, the alarms go off and all he can do is steal a disk and run off. Outside the base Galaxy Shuttle arrives back and is told that an intruder is in their HQ.

Meanwhile Hellbat opens a door to let him self out only to find Galaxy Shuttle, who tries to grab him but is too big to reach. After proving that he could definitely play Halo with me and Ragey any time, he backs away as Holi and Jan arrive and go to see what Galaxy Shuttle is doing. But as they use the teleportation capsule to get ho him, Hellbat grabs them. Oops. And with his new hostages, Hellbat tells the Autobots not to follow him or he'll kill their friends, and then flies away.

Back at the tanker battle the Autobots over powered the Decepticons, and Leozack has no other option that to pull out, believing that he has failed once again. As Star Saber watches their foes depart, Wingwaver suddenly contacts him and passes on the terrible news that Holi and Jan have been captured by Hellbat!

With his two new prisoners, Hellbat returns to his secret cave base and has the Dinoforce meet up with him there. He tells Goryu that Leozack is always taking all of the credit when he deserves it, and after some discussion the Dinoforce leader agrees to help Hellbat with his plan. Kakuryu brings Holi and Jan in and tells them that he wants to know all about Star Saber, or else.

The Autobots are out desperately searching for where Jan and Holi are but know nothing other than that Hellbat didn't take them into outer space as their radar scans showed they did not leave Earth. Meanwhile the two hostages are thrown into a small cell and with Holi's radio destroyed, they have no way to contact the Autobots. But Jan still has his school bag and tips out the contents, including largely useless stuff like string and sellotape he used in art class. But Jan sees a security camera and thinks he knows a way they can escape with the stuff he has here.

Hellbat goes away to another computer and tries out that disk he swiped from the Autobot base, and discovers what he thinks is some kind of secret code. He then has to hide the disk away again as he doesn't want Goryu to find out about it, and then Kakuryu says that their prisoners seem to be drawing pictures for some reason.

But what Jan is actually doing is putting his plan into action. He's made a TV error screen thing and manages to put it in front of the security camera, and Kakuryu tries to find out what's wrong with his computer. As he's doing that, Holi and Jan climb up through part of the base and are soon above where the Decepticons are. Jan sees that the Decepticons still have his radio and he attempts to reach it by using the string and hook he had, and as he drags it back up Kakuryu returns to tell Hellbat and Goryu that the prisoners have escaped!

Hellbat sees the radio being take up and finds out that the Autobots are right above them. Stupid Goryu blasts them out with his energy rings despite Hellbat's protests that they need to keep their hostages alive for now but one of his shots knocks down the pipe and the two tumble down and are trapped by Hellbat and Goryu.

They run into the only corridor there is behind them but both fall down a garbage chute. Jan then gets the radio he took back and sends out a message to the Autobots, which Star Saber receives. Soon Holi and Jan are being chased through the base' underground garbage ways by Goryu.

One of Goryu's stray shots sends the pair out of the base through the side of a rock face, but they are saved thanks to Galaxy Shuttle, who catches them in a net. But it isn't over yet for the Autobots as Dinoking makes an appearance.

Star Saber transforms and fights Dinoking, and after duelling with him for a little bit he rises into the sky and does this weird slow motion thing with his sword...

...which causes a large amount of rocks to fall onto his opponent. Galaxy Shuttle then transforms and Dinoking doesn't want to fight them both, so he separates and the Dinoforce run away. With Jan and Holi rescued, the only thing the Decepticons have now is the disc - which Star Saber reveals was actually Jan's own disc which had nothing useful to the Decepticons on it. Jan's annoyed though as it had a program on it which did his maths homework for him.

The Decepticons all head into outer space to get back into the Thunder Arrow, where Hellbat has the nerve to blame Leozack and the Dinoforce for all of their failures - Leozack's stupid strategy meant that they didn't get any energy from the tankers, and that the Dinoforce's stupidity meant that their hostages escaped. Leozack and Goryu can only look on in disgust as Hellbat tries to make them look bad in front of Deszaras.

But Hellbat has still got the disc and shows it to the Decepticon leader, believing it has secret codes that could reveal the Autobot's weaknesses on it... only for it to actually have Jan's homework and lots of stupid stuff instead. Deszaras stands up and calls Hellbat a blithering idiot and then a lot of fire leaps out behind him, making him look quite badass and that he might, y'know, actually do something of interest soon... but since he's not even in the next episode, no chance of that!

Galaxy Shuttle has a completely different voice here than he did in "Sneak Attack! Dinoking!" It's much lower pitched and less tinny.
