A fairy? Cute. Judging by the sequence of animation of deployment on the side, it was probably planned to function similarly as the Mobile Satellite. Too bad we will never find out.

Remember that old guy who always has a briefcase next to him that you can take for points? His name is Parker, or something like that, and you can find out more about him in the characters section.

As for the briefcase, it contains a pair of Neo Geo game cartridges and some documents.
