Motorbike Man - Scrapped episodes

Not every episode of Motorbike Man I do ends up finished. Some stay on the thinking board, while some are totally finished, but they usually end up scrapped and deleted forever because I'm a perfectionist dick.

However, they're not lost forever. Here, I just kinda talk about them briefly, while I could have had the brains to actually save them and save me from this babbling.

EPISODE 2 v.1

My original idea was Motorbike Man carrying the president of the world across hot sand on his back, which then turns disastrous when an assassin tries to sniper the president. The shot misses and hits Jigglypuff, and everyone cheers. Then Motorbike Man and the assassin exchange words before they tackle and tumble off the world. To which everyone cheers.

While the ideas of having to piggyback the president across hot sand and people cheering when somebody dies were amusing, the rest of the episode was horrendously dull. The assassin was to be played by Vincent from Final Fantasy VII, and nothing remains of this episode.

EPISODE 2 v.2

This version had a totally different storyline from the previous version, and it essentially made it into the finished version, only with a lot of revamping. Dash and Luigi are planning EVIL THINGS on a bridge, until Motorbike Man, Quick Man (who later appears in Episode 4), and Poliwhirl show up to stomp on their plans. Dash quickly disposes of Poliwhirl, and Quick Man replies by blasting Luigi off the bridge; that's the only remain of the episode, since the other photos and videos were terrible quality. Dash then tries to shoot them, but Quick Man acts first, although he only knocks his gun out of his hand. Then Motorbike Man and Dash exchange words, before tackling and falling off the bridge into death.

This one was much better than the previous version, although I'm not sure if it compares to the finished version. I loved knocking Luigi off the bridge. There's something funny about falling off bridges.

EPISODE 3

Not necessarily a scrapped episode, but a minor change after Motorbike Man calls Dash a fiend, Santa was to call him a dick. That was really about the only change on my part (which I can prove with my dialogue transcript), the other changes were really just Blaze taking some liberties.

EPISODE 4

Also not a scrapped episode, but take a peep at my dialogue transcript for me to follow, and how different it is from what I actually said.

EPISODE 5 v.1

The original idea for this episode was totally different, and Motorbike Man barely even appeared in it! I saved all of it, as I actually planned to finish it. I had no problems with it, other than my general lack of motivation.

It starts off with the green guy drowning, and the red and blue dudes crying for help.

And help arrives! Who can it be?

It's Motorbike Man!

Then he gets shot and falls off.

Who could have done such a thing?

This evil git!

He leaps down and threatens the two.

And they make snappy comebacks.

Then they prepare to fight.

And that's precisely what they do.

And poor greenie complains about still drowning.

And they continue fighting in a raft.

Blue rescues green ...

Only to use him to batter the bad guy's head to a pulp.

The bad guy complains that this is going nowhere, and leaps off.

Our heroes sit in confusion.

Then celebrate.

Motorbike Man comments.

EPISODE 6 v.1

This concept was hastily whipped together to take advantage of the snow that came down. My original idea was for Motorbike Man and The Hulk searching for the president in a winter wonderland, but I didn't do anything more than a single picture for that one, so it barely counts as a separate version.

The version after it has Motorbike Man rescuing the president from snow, while evading from an unseen danger. =0

Here's an early dialogue transcript that I didn't like.

Motorbike Man complains to the president about getting lost here, while the president says it was because he lost his temper and killed his bodyguards.

Motorbike Man changes subject to giant footprints.

Giant footprints that look suspiciously dog-like, but let's just assume they belong to a giant boogieman.

The president goes for a closer look, leaving his gun behind him, while Motorbike Man is uneasy.

And zounds! His gun is gone, and that only worsens our hero's fear.

A view of the barren snow land. The top would've been cropped out if I actually made this.

The president continues frantically searching for his gun, while Motorbike Man drags him in to the sled.

They drive off. Again, the top would've been cropped out.

WHOAOOAOA

They crash.

I love this shot. Pity about the whole gate and wall and window that ruins the illusion, and it wouldn't be easy to crop them out. Airbrushing, I guess.

They get up and begin bickering.

Motorbike Man says they crash because the president distracted him. He's offended.

The president says they crashed because of the driver's whining. Motorbike Man is offended.

And note the footprints in the snow in this and the last two pictures. =0

OH NO its a space alien its the hulk its a monster :0

To try and deepen the OMGness of this, I planned to make it greyscale, have the image zoomed in, and make it jump about. Silly, but it could've worked. Maybe. If I actually made it.

And the following day, a news reports is on saying that A CELEBRITY IS FAT, with only a brief mention of Motorbike Man's and the president's deaths.

This episode was simply all about getting some snow in. I gave little to no thought about the plot, which is sometimes good, but in this case, pretty dull.

EPISODE 7

This episode remained pretty much the same, except from some ad-libbing and I planned to have Vincent (the first security dude from Episode 2) in place of Cloud Zack, and instead of merely kicking him apart, Motorbike Man would pick up a huge stick (you see it behind Spider-Man when he wields the bin) and bash Vincent to death with it. And the whole changing Cloud to Zack was because I wanted Cloud to maintain his ol' shouty voice from episode 1 if he should appear again, and it wouldn't fit well, so yeah.

Here's the dialogue transcript I wrote before voicing. Blaze goes overboard with ad-libbing!

Steve did two kinds of voice for both Cloud Zack and Licker, but I only used his first one for Licker.

Zack's first voice was pretty plain, and his second voice is just ... well. The first one for Licker contained some alternate takes and goofing off, and the second one is very vulgar and Irish. Hold onto your liver and kidneys ears, children!

EPISODE 8

I actually wrote the events and dialogue for this one before getting the photos, which is a first, and there were going to be more, less crappy animations, but my camera's battery was low and liked to turn off while I was using it.

Here's the video I recorded of the guys falling, where I cropped out the left side so the window wasn't visible in the mirror. And then here's the drowning scene, which I planned to use all of it, but I fail at video editing.

EPISODE 9

I wrote this all down in October, but didn't actually finish until December, and during that time I got to borrow my brother's camera, which is unbelievably superior. Take a peek.

The original photo used a Game Boy as the TV, but since I was using a different camera for the re-shooting, I used my old one for the television. Also lol reflection and getting a glance of my room.

Donkey Kong is a blurry mess in the original, and the spare room looks like a blob of black, white and maroon. The re-shot makes Donkey Kong look better than he does in reality, and the flash drowns everything else into darkness, which solves the seeing-what-you-ain't-supposed-to problem.

Space Dinosaur's missing arm is noticeable in the first photo, but that's fixed in the re-shoot, at the expense of being able to see his battery compartment in his crotch in the latter.

Robert is more of a blurry mess than Lord in the first one, kinda ruining the whole point. The re-shot fixes this.

Why Robert and Lord? Originally it was going to be the ninja from Robert's episode chasing after him, who would then ask in a very polite and gentlemanly voice if he could clean the blood off his sword, but I couldn't find the figure of him, so I just settled with Lord. Lines were recorded for the ninja, but they were rather crap.

And speaking of lines, here's more comparisons to what Blaze ad-libbed.

MAKE YOUR OWN EPISODE

Not necessarily an instalment, but I originally intended to have photos accompanying the descriptions. However, I lacked the right props, and the photos were of terrible quality, so I didn't use them. Here they are.

This was for planning, with Motorbike Man plucking miniature Star Trek figures out of a cupboard. I liked the idea of using them, as they fit perfectly into his hands.

Shooting. Motorbike Man uses a gas mask as a camera to take images of them Star Trek guys bowing before a translucent green Bomberman. I had a figure of a Jurassic Park guy who had a camera, but I couldn't find it, and had to settle with Dingodile's accessory.

Apparently the camera doubles as a virtual reality computer. I meant to have him use a laptop, but just like the camera, it was missing, and had to reuse the gasmask again.

There's a glass in the background, and there appears to be a leg at the right side. No idea who it belongs to.

This was for writing, and I was going to edit this so Motorbike Man was looking at a notepad file of dialogue.

And the final step, the sounds. You can't see it too well, but he's wearing headphones with a microphone on them. Note my glass.
