A majority of these movies were made with 3D Movie Maker, a swell little program that's over a decade old, and can let you create exciting movies with relative ease. Making it look good is a different matter altogether. There's still a large community that revolves around the program, although it's pretty broken, and there's only so many flashy shooting rampage movies one can watch before it becomes monotonous.
So yeah.
